Mr. Thomas is available for construction-related matters in vertical development. With over 20 years of leadership experience at major contracting and oversight development companies – such as Cannon Design Builders and KDC Construction, he brings a wealth of expertise. His extensive portfolio includes his negotiation and securing numerous multimillion-dollar construction projects in his roles as Vice President (Cannon) and Senior Lead Estimator (KDC Construction).
Mr. Deal adds a critical layer of depth to the expert team with his extensive knowledge and experience in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering. With over 35 years of providing surveying services throughout Southern California, he has worked on large-scale capital projects, including roads, bridges, dams, and hydrographic surveys.
